*What’s Included in the 4-Year Warranty

The Extended Commercial Warranty covers free repairs and replacements for manufacturing defective vehicle parts using original Piaggio Group spare parts. It also includes labour costs, ensuring repairs are carried out hassle free. However, this does not include a courtesy vehicle whilst the repairs are completed.

What Customers Need to Do

To keep the extended warranty active, customers must follow these steps:

• After 24 months, the vehicle must stay under 50,000 km to qualify for the first extra year. By the end of the second year, it must remain below 60,000 km to continue coverage.
• All servicing must be done on time, following the Maintenance Schedule in the User & Maintenance Manual. Additionally, customers must ensure that an Official Piaggio Group Service Centre carries out the maintenance and only use original Piaggio spare parts to meet warranty standards.
• To verify compliance, customers should keep detailed receipts and invoices as proof of scheduled maintenance. They must also hold onto the Pre-delivery Inspection Certificate, which confirms the vehicle’s condition at the time of purchase.
• Once the extended warranty begins, every scheduled maintenance must include a Health Diagnosis, recorded within the Official Network. Customers can request documentation to confirm this process, ensuring their warranty stays valid.
