New and used bicycles are available for click-and-collect, and we offer free delivery within the M25 area. Even though you are further away, we can still assist you. www.ridergear.co.uk is the place to go for delivery and click and collect options when shopping for helmets, apparel, and accessories.
In addition, to any deals currently displayed on our website, we will also provide free delivery to locations within a 50-mile radius of each store!
- Monday through Friday at the Charlotte Street workshop 8:30 – 17:30.
- Showroom hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 18:00 in Shepherds Bush (Closed Saturdays).
Speed of service
Because our technicians have complete training from the factory, you can have confidence that any problems will be identified quickly. This will allow us to perform any necessary maintenance with little interruption as possible. We will provide you with a courtesy bike while we work on yours, and for more minor repairs, we also have an on-the-spot service that can be performed while you wait.
Price match promise
We will meet or beat the price of any quote in writing for a comparable service, maintenance, repair, or new tyres that are provided by a garage or repair shop that is located within a three-mile radius of either of our stores.
Servicing
We are able to perform any and all aspects of servicing, ranging from simple fixes to complete engine rebuilds. We also keep in stock the majority of quick-moving components for the most popular machines from Italy and Japan. Any parts that we do not currently have in stock can be sourced within twenty-four hours. We are also happy to provide you with a quote before doing any work.
